No. Once you have entered the venue each day, you will not be allowed to leave and come back in. Please plan accordingly.
This is an all ages event. All attendees are required to purchase a full price ticket regardless of age. We strongly encourage parents to bring hearing protection for their children.
No, we do not offer any sort of official meet and greet packages for our events.
You can purchase tickets online via Front Gate Tickets. Please see our TICKET DETAILS page for full info. Tickets can be purchased in person at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort Box Office, located at 1200 Athens Ave., Lincoln, CA 95648. The box office is open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 11:00pm.

No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on ticket sales. All artists and scheduled performance times are subject to change. Festival is outdoors and is rain or shine.
Parking at Discovery Park is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage you to pre-purchase Premium Parking or a Park and Ride shuttle pass. More info can be found HERE
Doors will open at 11:00am each day. The show’s end time will be posted closer to the event dates.
The on-site Box Office will be located at the north east corner of the site; beside the main entrance beside the main entrance to the festival. Hours are: Saturday from 9:30am to 9:00pm and Sunday from 9:30am to 8:00pm
Yes. If you present your prescription, medication and a photo ID at the festival gates, you will be allowed to bring it in with you.
Monster Energy Aftershock is an outdoor event and is held rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges will be given for weather. In the event of rain, we advise ponchos and rain boots.

We strongly encourage you to not bring bags of any sort. If you must bring a bag, please abide by the following:
- Small purse or hand-held clutch (maximum size: 4.5” x 6.5”)
- A small or medium sized clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag (maximum size: 12” x 6” x 12”)
- A clear one-gallon re-sealable zip top bag (maximum is freezer size: 10” x 12” x 2”)
Moshing and crowd surfing are dangerous activities and are prohibited. Engaging in these activities may be cause for ejection from the festival.
Yes. We are working with local food trucks, restaurants, caterers, and vendors to provide top-notch food, drinks, and deliciousness for all. A variety of beverages (including liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic) will be served all over the festival grounds as well in the General Admission and VIP areas.
Yes, there will be multiple ATMs inside the venue.
Yes. Beer, wine and mixed drinks will be sold to those with a valid ID.
VIP passes include:
- VIP entrance lanes into venue
- Shaded VIP hang area with seating for dining
- Standing viewing area of main stage
- Video screens featuring live feed from main stages inside VIP hang area
- Upgraded food and drink selections (for additional purchase)
- Dedicated VIP restrooms
- Commemorative Monster Energy Aftershock laminate
Yes, children under the age of five (who have a General Admission ticket) are allowed into the VIP area with an adult who has paid for VIP.

No, we are not offering any camping or overnight parking at the event.
The venue is accessible and there will be a special viewing area at the main stages for those with mobility limitations. The festival is held outdoors in a park. There will be natural terrain to travel over and if it rains it could become muddy. There are sometimes great distances between stages. Our on-site Access Center services include, but are not limited to Answers to questions specific to the Access Program, Information relevant to our patrons with disabilities, Programming information in Braille for reference, Power outlet for recharging power wheelchairs, Access to a festival map that identifies the viewing areas for patrons with mobility limitations (plus one companion). Please note that special access viewing areas have limited capacity and are only available on a first-come, first-served basis.
ADA Wristband Program Visit the Access Center for information on our wristband program. If you have mobility impairments you can request a specially colored wristband at the Access Center. This wristband is to show our team that you (plus one companion) are eligible to enter the wheelchair platform areas. Note: the wristband does NOT guarantee a spot in these areas. These areas have a limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The wristband is non-transferable.
Patrons with Mobility Limitations
We do not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service. Please plan ahead and bring attendants if needed. In addition, the festival does not provide wheelchairs for rent or loan. Please make arrangements in advance if a wheelchair is needed. Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed for use by Patrons with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use other power-driven mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Accessible portalets are available at the ends of each row of restrooms throughout the park.
Special Dietary Needs
Outside food and drink (except for bottled water) is not allowed in the festival, but if a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, items will be allowed if accompanied by a doctor’s note. You will be asked to present your doctor’s note to security upon entry to the festival.
A patron requiring insulin is allowed to bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the patron’s name. Out of concern for the festival staff and volunteers who handle the trash, please dispose of your medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent (see public map for exact location). Please do not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the festival.
Service Animals at Festival
Animals and pets are not allowed within the festival grounds. Service animal inquiries can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
